• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, suggest specials, and handle complaints professionally
• Food Preparation: Assist in cooking, assembling, and packaging food items according to restaurant standards, including washing, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Cash Handling: Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash transactions accurately
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, sanitize surfaces, follow food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other crew members to ensure timely service, support colleagues during busy periods, and participate in team meetings or training sessions readysethire.
• Operational Support: Set up dining areas, monitor product quality and freshness, restock supplies, and complete assigned tasks according to shift schedules
