Job summary

SD Harmoni Restaurant Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent cashier/administrative support person to manage daily cashiering operations and ensure accurate billing. You will handle various payment methods, operate the POS system, and support smooth restaurant workflows in Petaling Jaya.

The role requires basic Excel/Word skills, familiarity with POS and delivery platforms, and good communication to assist customers and coordinate orders. Shift work including weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in cashiering or administration is an advantage.
• Familiar with POS systems and ordering platforms.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.
• Strong communication and customer service ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cashiering operations and customer transactions.
• Process cash, debit/credit card, QR payments and e-wallet transactions.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and restaurant ordering systems.
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing for customers.
• Monitor daily cash collections and ensure sufficient cash float.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare cash closing reports.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in cash collections.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming orders from GrabFood, Foodpanda and other delivery platforms.
• Assist with customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
