Job summary

We are looking for reliable individuals with cash handling and POS experience, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Minimum education is SPM; shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous cashier experience is an advantage.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic calculations accurately.
• Familiarity with computer systems and POS systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, disciplined and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and other customer transactions accurately.
• Perform basic calculations and ensure correct change is provided.
• Operate computerised and POS systems efficiently.
• Provide helpful, courteous and professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
