A leading Chinese seafood restaurant seeks a manager to oversee daily operations and front desk activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in food service management and exceptional communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin. Join our team to enhance our customer service and operational efficiency in an exciting dining environment.
Manage daily front desk and back end restaurant operations.
Maintain and ensure high customer service levels.
Solve operational problems, such as staff issues and customer complaints, effectively and efficiently.
Maintain the appearance, preservation, and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities.
Assist in planning and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the food and beverages department.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with specialization in food service management, is preferred.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are a Chinese seafood restaurant, and prefer candidates who can read, write, and speak Mandarin.
