Do you love challenges?

• You will be responsible for searching new suitable partners and suppliers, coordinating the relevant network and drawing up framework agreements together with the purchasing department.
• You will also be responsible for processing resource requests, handling contracts and filling project requirements - both nationally and internationally - in the Global Business Managed Services environment.
• You will also ensure the fulfilment of the RSM approval process and be the contact person for our staffing tool and responsible for skills management.
• You will also interact with other Global Resource Managers and other business units such as Controlling, Legal or Compliance to fulfil your tasks.
• In your role, you will support the adaptation and optimisation of existing Resource & Supplier Management processes.

• You are characterised by an independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
