Qualifications

• Maintain resort safety through constant patrols of facilities and grounds.
• Monitor CCTV feeds, entrances, exits and restricted areas.
• Control staff, visitor, contractor and supplier access to secure zones.
• Assist guests with directions and safety-related inquiries.
• Record incidents and patrol findings in the logbook for handovers.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the resort, hotel, clubhouse, car park and surrounding areas.
• Monitor CCTV, entrances, exits and restricted areas.
• Control staff, visitor, contractor and supplier access.
• Assist guests politely with directions and safety-related matters.
• Respond quickly to accidents, disturbances, theft, fire alarms and emergencies.
• Record all incidents, patrol findings and handover details in the security logbook.
• Check doors, windows, lighting and facilities during patrols.
• Monitor vehicles and ensure smooth traffic flow during events.
• Support crowd control for weddings, functions and major events.
• Prevent unauthorised entry, vandalism and damage to resort property.
