About the role

We are seeking a talented Resort Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at the Sabindo Khin Shang Water Spring Resort in Keningau, Sabah. As the Resort Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our resort's restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and the delivery of high-quality dining experiences. This is a full-time position within our Hospitality & Tourism management team.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and directing the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel, to ensure efficient and seamless service
• Developing and implementing dining service procedures and policies to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing the restaurant's budget and finances
• Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant team to continuously improve their skills and performance
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution
• Collaborating with the resort's management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
