Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage the day-to-day operation of the resort.
2. Provide direction and leadership to staff in the efficient operations of the resort.
3. Formulates resort operational plan and budget to support the company’s overall short and long terms business plan.
4. Initiates programs to promote proper team members’ orientation and training and ensures the highest morale amongst the team.
5. Promote and develop the resort business base.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hotel management / business administration or its equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) of relevant experiences in the management role within the hospitality industry.
3. Ability in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges.
4. Must be willing to work at island.
5. High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity.
6. Pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work long hours independently.
7. Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak Mandarin is an advantage).
