A leading company in construction services is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple sites. The role involves ensuring quality assurance, maintaining records, and coordinating with contractors. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of relevant inspection experience. Supervise construction on multiple sites and ensure quality assurance that completed work complies with plans and specifications.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to the project.
Act as the point of contact and coordinate directly with the general contractor and key stakeholders.
Monitor progress against the construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports. Assess progress and inform the Project Manager and client of delays.
Direct, assist, and monitor the performance of Construction Inspection and Office Engineering staff.
Oversee field site activities and provide technical advice on construction and design.
Discuss deviations from specified construction materials and procedures with relevant design engineers/consultants.
Review and approve contract submittals and payment applications to contractors regularly.
Participate in contract close-out activities.
Conduct regular progress meetings with the contractor and relevant personnel, reporting issues as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
