Job summary

A& R Architects Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Architect for a building project in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. The role requires overseeing architectural works on site and ensuring compliance with drawings and standards.

You will coordinate with consultants and contractors, conduct regular site inspections, review shop drawings, monitor progress, and prepare site reports to keep the project on schedule. Independent work at the project site is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in architectural site supervision or building construction.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details and site coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and be stationed at the project site in Kuala Terengganu.
