We are looking for a Reservation Agent to accurately record and process reservations, maximize room sales through proactive selling and up-selling, and ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Hilton University courses and pass assessments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products and activities.
• Maximize room sales and revenue, focusing on up-selling.
• Check and update reservations daily, ensuring accuracy in guest and group information.
• Perform secretarial duties such as correspondence, file maintenance, and communication via email and fax.
• Maintain a sales-oriented attitude to seize all sales opportunities.
• Develop the Reservations and Group & Tour teams to enhance revenue.
• Ensure correct and prompt follow-up on commissions and rejected business reasons.
• File all correspondence accurately and update guest information and sales data.
• Adhere to hotel credit policies and ensure revenue forecasts are met.
• Control room supply and pricing as per policies.
• Maintain high guest service standards and accurate data entry.
• Support team workload and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Understand and enforce team member rules and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
