A hospitality service provider in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage daily inquiries and bookings across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and good communication skills. You will coordinate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and support promotional efforts during peak periods.

Manage daily reservation inquiries via phone, email, online chats, and OTA platforms.
Handle incoming bookings promptly and accurately to avoid delays or overlooked requests.
Monitor and update room availability across all platforms
Respond to guest and Sales inquiries professionally, ensuring high service standards.
Coordinate closely with the Guest Services, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure accurate information and seamless guest experience.
Upsell room categories and packages whenever available.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and billing information in the reservation system.
Support promotions and campaigns by handling increased booking volume during peak periods.
Ensure all reservations are in line with rate plans, guest names, and stay dates.
Assist in identifying and minimizing booking errors and guest complaints.
Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Familiar with hotel PMS and OTA platforms.
Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
