- Manage all aspects of running complex jobs and high-value work.
- Ensure job profitability meets business expectations and promote this in others.

- Write complex proposals that meet and aim to exceed the brief requirements.
- Provide accurate analysis and interpretation of data with strong recommendations.
- Design analysis plans and develop new models and approaches (qualitative research).
- Conduct workshops and creativity sessions demonstrating advanced techniques with immediate debriefs and recommendations.
- Participate proactively in new business generation, including seeking opportunities, client calls, and securing new contracts (50% of time).
- Share specialist knowledge of markets with others.
- Demonstrate strong supervisory skills, including project delegation, time management, performance feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Ensure proper utilization of the project team.
- Stay updated on current market research trends to develop personal and team skills.
- Show keenness for learning and proactive self and team development.
- Assist with recruiting junior staff.

BACKGROUND
Experience- Minimum of seven years of strong market research experience and application of knowledge.
- Experience conducting large-scale brand health tracking studies.
- Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications, and project management.
- Understanding and use of statistical analysis.
- Experience in selling research projects and capabilities.
- Exposure to multiple industries is a plus.
