All About the Role:

Advisors Research Center is a new capability designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for high-quality research support, with the important mission of value realization in developing insights and recommendations. This capability augments Advisors traditional areas of strength.

In this role, we are looking for someone who can confidently oversee and support research projects from start to finish, collaborate seamlessly with clients and vendors, and deliver high-quality, actionable insights through thorough data analysis and reporting.

Your responsibilities would include:

  1. Manage and coordinate research projects, including primary and secondary methodologies, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  2. Aggregate and analyze data to deliver clear, actionable insights through client-ready reports and presentations.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, while effectively managing vendor relationships for timely and accurate project delivery.
  4. Ensure the preparation and delivery of high-quality research materials with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

All About You:

  1. 4-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end quantitative research projects, including primary research (survey questionnaire development and analysis, and other quantitative techniques). Experience of working on qualitative research projects is desirable, not mandatory.
  2. Experience managing and collaborating with third-party research vendors, maintaining an ongoing understanding of current issues, and proposing and taking appropriate action.
  3. Ability to synthesize and analyze information to deliver meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  4. Ability to prepare insightful presentations by aggregating data from various sources.
  5. Strong business writing skills, with the ability to create client-ready materials.
  6. Proficient in coordinating, preparing, and ensuring the timely delivery and accuracy of research projects, materials, and reports.

All About Your Education & Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Q Research software/SPSS or similar tools is highly desirable.
  2. Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint are essential; familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
  3. Prior experience working in a research agency is strongly preferred.
