Job Responsibility
- Support the design and execution of research projects focused on curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, or educational policy.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., surveys, interviews, classroom observations, academic performance).
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on current educational theories, trends, and interventions.
- Prepare summaries, visualizations, and reports that communicate findings to both academic and non-academic audiences.
- Contribute to the drafting of academic papers, grant proposals, and presentations for conferences or stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation, data management, and adherence to ethical research practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners when implementing or evaluating programs.
Job Requirements
Who You Are:
Education: Bachelorâs degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or working toward one is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in educational research or in a school/educational setting is a strong advantage.

- Comfortable with data entry, basic statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
