A healthcare institution in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to assist in planning and coordinating CME events, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing support to the Ethics Committee. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Health Management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Assist in planning and coordinating CME events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences. Prepare and distribute CME materials, such as registration forms, agendas, poster and presentations. Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and equipment setup. Track and process CME registrations and attendance.
Maintain accurate records of CME activities, including attendance rosters, evaluation forms, and certificates of completion. Assist in preparing reports and summaries of CME events for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with CME accreditation standards and requirements.
Assist in the setup and organization of the hospital's Ethics Committee. Prepare and distribute Ethics Committee meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents. Maintain records of Ethics Committee activities and decisions. Assist in developing Ethics Committee policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the Research and Training Department, including data entry, filing, and photocopying. Assist with communication and correspondence related to CME activities and the Ethics Committee. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's program in Health Management or a related field.
