A leading company in recruitment services in Asia Pacific is seeking a Reporting & Data Specialist to enhance their HR operations. The role involves managing and transforming data to ensure accuracy and insightful reporting, primarily using Power BI. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in data management, proficiency in Power BI, and a relevant degree. Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur
Working Arrangement: 60/40 work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: RM7,000 – RM9,500 (based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Reporting & Data Specialist to support People, Communications & Culture (HR) operations by managing and transforming data from multiple sources. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and insightful reporting—especially using Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely people data to support business and operational needs
Manage data ingestion, transformation, and troubleshooting within the Data Lake
Execute daily system checks and resolve data issues
Support application management, system design, and change/release processes
Collaborate with remote teams in a service delivery environment
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in data management and reporting
Strong experience with Power BI (mandatory)
Solid understanding of RDBMS and large data sets
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Workday is a plus
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setup
Immediate availability preferred
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience in project delivery and working with multiple data domains
Detail-oriented with a strong systems/process mindset
