Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a Repair and Testing Technician responsible for testing defective products, identifying repairs, and ensuring quality control to meet standards and customer needs. Responsibilities include motherboard, add-on card, and backplane repair and testing, ECO rework, and BIOS upgrades. If you enjoy troubleshooting and testing, this role is ideal for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual inspections of products to ensure readiness & compliance.
  • Conduct tests, identify defective components, and log findings in the MA repair database.
  • Perform ECO upgrades as required.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and testing procedures.
  • Adhere to standardized testing procedures and schedules to meet demand and quality targets.
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • A diploma in electronics or electrical engineering is preferred; related certificates are also considered.
  • Basic understanding of PC, system, and server operations, including troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and responsible team player.
  • Reliable, accountable, and professional.
