We're hiring a Project Site Supervisor to oversee renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Own transport is needed.

You'll be in charge of:

1. Schedule and coordinate workers for daily site tasks
2. Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely material arrivals
3. Conduct quality checks (QC) before project handover
4. Perform and oversee minor touch-up or rectification works
5. Inspect for defects or issues from contractors' work
6. Handle site enquiries from workers and subcontractors
7. Ensure smooth on-site operations and resolve minor site issues

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
2. Must have own transport
3. Able to work in a team with designers and project managers
