The Job

Supervise and oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects across our facilities.

This role involves managing daily renovation activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes, adhering to project timelines, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all renovation and interior fit-out activities from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor daily site operations and evaluate contractor performance.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure all works align with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality, safety, and company standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting delays or issues as needed.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Manage defect rectifications and ensure smooth project handovers.

The Candidate

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in supervising renovation or interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is advantageous.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, understand Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and prepare competitive tenders under tight deadlines.
• Computer literate with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
