Ideal candidates have hands-on WordPress experience, strong knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical teammates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on WordPress management and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, and sitemap management.
• Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, caching and general site optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Page Speed Optimization: Audit and enhance mobile and desktop site speeds.
• Technical SEO & Site Health: Fix sitemap issues, broken links, indexing errors, crawl errors.
• WordPress Maintenance: Troubleshooting plugin conflicts, theme performance issues, and bugs.
• Analytics & Tagging: Ensure tracking codes (GA, GTM, Google Ads) are properly implemented.
• Ongoing Enhancements: Implement fixes to improve UX and site optimization.
