Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
• Stable internet connection: download speed above 5 Mbps, upload speed above 3 Mbps.
• Own a laptop, MacBook, or Chromebook with a webcam.
• Own a mobile phone (Android 13+/iOS 16+).

Responsibilities

• Help people communicate by interpreting conversations between English and Thai.
• Translate spoken conversations clearly and accurately during live calls.
• Handle calls from different industries such as healthcare, education, banking, insurance, and more.
• Complete daily reports and required documentation.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
