Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and investments to analyze client needs and recommend unit trust and PRS solutions.
• Knowledge in finance and brokerage to explain investment products, transaction processes, and related financial concepts clearly.
• Portfolio management to monitor, review, and adjust client portfolios in line with risk profiles and market conditions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Certifications or licenses in unit trust or investment advisory, and prior experience in financial services or wealth management, are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with good time management, ethical conduct, and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with professional guidance on unit trust and PRS investments.
• Assess clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable investment products.
• Assist with portfolio reviews and rebalancing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, explain product features and market updates.
• Support clients through account opening and transaction processes.
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory requirements, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standard of customer service.
