Job summary

3echo is seeking a social media operator based in Malaysia to run our channels and later client accounts. You will plan, produce, post, engage and report, using AI tools to streamline creation while ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.

You will manage a content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, respond to comments, track performance weekly, and share repeatable processes to speed up future accounts. Fully remote within Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years running social media for a brand, agency or creator.
• Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn: formats, scheduling, analytics.
• Strong written English. Write hooks, captions and calls to action clearly.
• Some hands-on experience with AI tools for writing, images or video; we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run a content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create short-form content: scripts, captions, images and video, using AI tools where they help.
• Review every post against our brand guide before it goes live.
• Schedule and publish posts, reply to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
• Track performance weekly (reach, shares, saves, follows, enquiries) and use the numbers to plan what comes next.
• Watch trends and competitor accounts and bring ideas forward.
• Document what works as repeatable steps, so the next account starts faster.
• Later: run social media for client accounts, following the same process and approvals.
