Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP experience, particularly with SAP FICO modules.
• 6+ years end-user support in a corporate environment.
• ABAP debugging and tracing skills.
• Experience with FI modules such as Cash Management, Group Reporting, Treasury is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote-based support for SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance across multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and develop fixes; test in controlled environments.
• Collaborate with customers daily to understand needs and deliver high-quality support.
• Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
• Travel readiness for short-term assignments.
