Job summary

10x Genomics is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, ensuring orders from customers and distributors worldwide are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will handle order management, returns, data governance, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product Management. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin and comfortable working remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in order management and customer service.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle or Salesforce).
• Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are required.
• Very detail oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound purchase orders (direct and distributor) in ERP and CRM systems.
• Validate PO accuracy against pricing, terms and product configuration; process orders within SLA.
• Manage order modifications, cancellations and backlog/backorder communications.
• Support end-of-quarter volume surges with high responsiveness and availability.
• Initiate and track RMA requests; coordinate with 3PLs and logistics partners.
• Keep customers and sales informed through the process.
