Graymont Limited is seeking a Remote Operations Engineer for its Remote Operations Center in Malaysia. The role involves continuously monitoring and remotely operating multiple plant operations using state-of-the-art process control systems, reporting to the Remote Operations Supervisor.

The candidate should have engineering or technical qualifications, strong analytical skills, and experience with process control, PLCs, and HMI.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical qualification or equivalent.
• Advanced process control background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and remotely operate multiple plant operations via control system.
• Maintain shift operation records and communicate during shifts.
• Coordinate with onsite personnel to meet production and quality requirements.
• Monitor product quality and take actions to maintain standards.
• Manage 24-hour operations with 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Investigate root causes and support problem resolution.
• Collaborate to improve remote operations program globally.
