Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Minimum of two years medical interpretation experience; OPI or VRI experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and interpreter protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred.
• Excellent listening, memory, and note-taking skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and call types.
• Must pass a language proficiency assessment and background check.
