Job summary

Superbits is a fast-growing freeze-dried fruit brand seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support social media, ecommerce, retail and brand activations.

You will create engaging content, coordinate campaigns, assist launches and help grow brand awareness while working remotely in Malaysia. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing and are comfortable traveling for events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, brand activation or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a remote working environment.
• Willing to travel for events, exhibitions and brand activations.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video and graphic content for social media, digital marketing and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with content agencies, designers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare social media captions, post covers and supporting content for weekly posting schedules.
• Assist in creating marketing materials including flyers, posters, promotional visuals and retail marketing assets.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Participate in content planning, product shoots and campaign brainstorming to ensure a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Work with the e-commerce team to develop marketing assets for Shopee, TikTok Shop and other online platforms.
• Coordinate promotional activities, campaign creatives and product listings across online and retail channels.
• Support retail marketing initiatives, product launches and in-store promotional campaigns.
• Support and coordinate offline activation setups and logistics (bazaars, exhibitions, roadshows, sporting events and other brand activations).
• Liaise with organisers, vendors and partners to ensure smooth event operations and brand collaborations.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify opportunities for brand growth.
