Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking Malay speakers to participate in a Speech-to-Text audio collection project. Participants will record voice utterances by reading provided scripts in Malay English (Manglish) using our mobile or web application.

The project runs July 2026 – September 2026 with an expected 10–20 hours of work. Payments are USD 5 per hour; independent contractor; payments via Hyperwallet (PayPal or bank transfer). Remote participation enabled.

Qualifications

• Fluent Malay speaker.
• English proficiency required.
• Aged 12–60+.
• Has a device with a microphone (phone, tablet, PC, or laptop).
• Stable internet connection for the duration of the task.

Responsibilities

• Record voice utterances by reading provided scripts in Malay English (Manglish) naturally.
• Use mobile or web application to complete the tasks in remote sessions.
