Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking Malay speakers to participate in a Speech-to-Text (STT) audio collection project. You will record voice utterances by reading provided scripts in Malay English (Manglish) using our mobile or web application, remotely from Malaysia.

The sessions cover everyday topics and aim to create high-quality data for training AI models. Project runs July 2026 to September 2026 with an expected time commitment of 10–20 hours total.

Qualifications

• Fluent Malay speaker
• Must have a device with a microphone and stable internet
• Independent contractor; remote participation
• Ages 12–60+ years

Responsibilities

• Record voice utterances by reading provided scripts in Malay English (Manglish).
• Use a mobile or web application to submit recordings.
• Maintain natural, conversational speech, avoiding overly formal tone.
