RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support AI training for contract management platforms in Chinese (Simplified). This freelance, remote role offers a part-time schedule (25+ hours per week) with immediate start.

You will analyze and annotate international contracts, focusing on clauses and terms, while participating in calibration and QA workflows. We welcome legal professionals, law graduates, or contract specialists who are fluent in English and the target language.

Qualifications

• Legal-domain contract expertise.
• Fluent English and target language.
• Experience with data annotation or ML data evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform multilingual legal data-related tasks across international contracts.
• Annotate, evaluate, and analyze clauses, obligations, and terms.
• Participate in onboarding, calibration sessions, and quality reviews.
• Collaborate on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments.
