RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support AI training for contract management platforms in Chinese (Simplified). This freelance, remote role offers a part-time schedule (25+ hours per week) with immediate start.

You will analyze and annotate international contracts, focusing on clauses and terms, while participating in calibration and QA workflows. We welcome legal professionals, law graduates, or contract specialists who are fluent in English and the target language.

• Collaborating on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
