Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Remote Gaming Support Agent (Japanese/English) to assist players for an assigned game studio. This 100% remote role lets you work from home with a diverse international team, handling account, technical, and purchase- and gameplay-related queries.

You must speak Japanese at an advanced level (N1/N2) and English at least B2, have in-depth gaming knowledge, and a fast, proactive troubleshooting mindset.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Japanese at an advanced level (N1/N2) and English at least B2.
• In-depth gaming knowledge and passion for video games.
• Own a gaming PC or console with required setup.
• Fast learner with initiative and troubleshooting skills.
• Dedicated quiet workspace at home.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support issues for assigned game studio.
• Help players with account and technical issues.
• Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and Operations Manager.
