Job summary

Addiction Foods is seeking an experienced Management Accountant / FP&A Manager to turn financial data into actionable business insights. This hands-on individual contributor will work with Finance and business leaders on budgets, forecasts, and reporting to improve profitability and cash flow.

You will analyze performance, explain drivers, challenge assumptions, and develop models for strategic planning. Strong Excel, Power BI, and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
• Proven ability to build financial models and perform variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead or support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and update projections based on performance.
• Conduct actual vs. budget/forecast and year-on-year variance analysis.
• Develop financial models for planning, pricing and cost-saver initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Ops on financial planning and performance.
• Support month-end close and ensure accuracy of management reporting.
• Improve dashboards and automate finance reporting processes.
