Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft high-quality visuals for Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and social media. You will design product listings, banners, and promotional content that captivate customers and drive sales.

You will collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand identity and top-notch design across platforms, while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and eye-catching visuals for Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, social media, online advertisements, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Design product listing images, banners, promotional materials, campaign creatives, and social media content that capture customers’ attention.
• Develop creative concepts and visual content for a variety of product categories, including dashcams, beauty & makeup, camping, outdoor, and lifestyle products.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance product photos to create professional and attractive product presentations.
• Create promotional designs for sales campaigns, new product launches, special offers, discounts, and seasonal events.
• Work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to turn ideas and product information into creative, engaging, and sales-driven designs.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual style, and design quality across all online platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce, social media, advertising, and design trends to continuously improve our creative content.
• Take initiative in proposing new creative ideas and design concepts that can improve customer engagement and product performance.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently and deliver work according to campaign schedules and deadlines.
