Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and our website—planning, creating, posting, and measuring results.

You will develop and execute a content strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences, produce multi-format content, run campaigns end-to-end, analyze performance, and support campaigns with the CEO and BD Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong writing and content creation for tech products.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and basic analytics.
• Content creator who enjoys field shoots and events.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva/CapCut).
• Experience marketing a tech or app-based product.
• Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin for local content.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing across social platforms and company website from planning to measurement.
• Develop and execute a content strategy to build brand awareness and drive leads.
• Produce content across formats: social copy, video, blogs, and campaign creative.
• Run campaigns end-to-end, including product launches and feature announcements.
• Track analytics, report on performance, and optimize based on results.
• Participate in events and on-the-ground content capture with leadership.
• Collaborate with CEO and Business Development Manager on messaging and direction.
