Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of purchasing practices and supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and system skills, including data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional/global responsibility for a commodity or group of commodities, including price/value determination and supplier development.
• Quote and negotiate products and services quarterly.
• Develop cost analyses for bids and respond within time objectives.
• Support bid activities with site teams to meet material commitments.
• Consolidate and report on commitment and performance metrics.
