Job summary

Global Forager Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to deliver technical support for cloud migration, architecture, and AI-related projects.

You will collaborate with internal teams, AWS, and AWS Partners to understand existing infrastructure and design solutions. This is a technical role with minimal sales duties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Cloud/DevOps, strong Linux and networking knowledge, and familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate during English technical meetings.
• At least 3 years in Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, servers, storage and databases.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Able to read cloud architecture diagrams and support solution design.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and explain cloud architecture diagrams and proposed solutions.
• Understand customers’ existing cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
• Support cloud migration planning and solution design.
• Answer technical questions from AWS and AWS Partners.
• Support evaluations involving Amazon Bedrock and AI solutions.
• Prepare architecture and pricing-related technical information.
• Join technical meetings and collaborate with project team.
