Bilingual is hiring Video Remote Interpreters to help patients and healthcare providers across the United States communicate clearly. We are looking for fluent speakers of Cantonese or Mandarin (speaking both is a plus) together with English.

No interpreting experience is required; we provide fully paid training. This 100% remote role offers paid training, hourly USD pay with performance bonuses, a hiring bonus, and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and smartphones are not accepted).
• Full availability for the 3-week paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation between Cantonese/Mandarin and English for US healthcare providers and patients.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during calls and records.
• Attend all training sessions and adhere to scheduled shifts following US Eastern Time.
