Kaya by Chemin Sdn Bhd is seeking Audio Transcription Reviewers to support our Hong Kong Cantonese-English project. You will review completed transcriptions for accuracy, verify speaker labels, and ensure formatting aligns with project guidelines.

This flexible, remote role emphasizes attention to detail and clear communication with the Project Manager. Experience in transcription or QA is a plus, and familiarity with medical terminology helps, though not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese speaking and reading/writing Traditional Chinese.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Cantonese accent.
• English for project communication and understanding guidelines.
• Healthcare terminology familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review completed Cantonese-English audio transcriptions for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify audio segmentation and speaker labels.
• Identify and correct transcription, segmentation, and formatting errors.
• Ensure healthcare terminology is transcribed accurately where applicable.
• Follow project guidelines to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Escalate unclear or complex cases when necessary.
• Communicate with the Project Manager for clarification.
• Complete assigned batches within the project timeline.
