Kaya by Chemin Sdn Bhd is seeking fluent Cantonese speakers who can read and write Traditional Chinese. The role is fully remote and welcomes candidates from Hong Kong and Malaysia, with onboarding and flexible hours.

You will work on Cantonese-English audio recordings, focusing on segmentation, annotation, and maintaining high accuracy in healthcare-related conversations. Responsibilities include architecture of natural speech units, QC of segmentation, and strict adherence to project

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese and able to read and write Traditional Chinese.
• Good command of English.
• Healthcare background or familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform audio segmentation and annotation (Execution).
• Review and check segmentation quality (QC), depending on your assigned role.
• Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality outputs.
