Job summary

BlackBox Malaysia is seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst to support a strategic banking client in Malaysia. This role goes beyond data extraction and reporting—it requires understanding business processes, interpreting data, and proactively identifying opportunities for operational and performance improvement.

The Analyst will work across Sales, Service, and Operations, gathering requirements and delivering insights through automated reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

Experience in understanding end-to-end business processes across Sales, Service, and Operations.
Ability to translate business needs into analytical, reporting and automation specs.
Experience supporting banking clients in APJ region and ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end processes to identify operational impacts.
Analyze systems, data and workflows to detect gaps and inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements to support solution development.
Translate business needs into analytical, reporting, and automation specifications for technical teams.
Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
