We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant for a 1-year fixed contract, working 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our company.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA), or currently working towards one.
• Ideally 4-6 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a passion for automating processes and improving efficiency.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Performing weekly payment processing functions and updating cash books.
• Ensuring the company's books are properly maintained in accordance with accounting standards.
• Liaising with corporate secretarial and tax agents, among others.
• Performing other accounting duties as required.
