Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Data, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Materials, or related fields).
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in automation and scripting, data analytics and system design, and applying AI/ML concepts to engineering problems.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the reliability test procedure.
• Manage reliability test capability, improvement and automation.
• Characterize test profiles to meet customer requirements.
• Hands-on experience with automated test equipment and environmental chambers (TCT, HAST, humidity, etc.).
• Develop reliability test capability, test programs and methods for new products.
• Hands-on experience with electronics testing, debugging and measurement tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decisions.
• Support equipment and lab readiness through data tracking, automation and system enablement.
