Job Summary
  1. Transfer and set up burn-in oven.
  2. Perform oven/chamber preventive maintenance and calibration.
  3. Able to perform oven repair during downtime.
  4. Perform burn-in board buy-off, certification, debugging, and repair.
  5. Repair and modify boards, including de-soldering and soldering components.
  6. Have experience with power module reliability testing and electronic test standards.
  7. Compile bench data for analysis and report writing.
  8. Coordinate calibration and repair of tools or instruments.
  9. Purchase electronic components and lab tools/equipment/instruments.
  10. Manage inventory tracking of boards, probes, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote and adhere to the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility.
  2. Ensure product qualification readiness aligns with the corporate schedule.
  3. Maintain cost efficiency by avoiding overstocking parts and components.
  4. Maintain oven uptime above 90%.
  5. Work independently with minimal supervision.
