Job summary

A leading company in the engineering sector is seeking an experienced Engineer to oversee reliability testing and maintenance. The role involves coordinating with engineers and vendors, managing maintenance schedules, and leading improvement projects. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in engineering with extensive relevant experience, particularly in equipment reliability and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years of related working experiences.
• Knowledge of heating, cooling & compressor systems is an advantage.

Job description

Job Responsibility

• Responsible in overseeing the section with the help of Engineers.
• Responsible for Reliability Lab Testing equipment & machine maintenance.
• Work with Realibility Engineer to ensure machine & equipment for reliability testing are performing according to qualitifcation / specific requirements or procedures specified by R&D / customers.
• In charge of coordinating and arranging for preventive maintenance and calibration of chambers, ovens & reliability test equipments.
• Guide & train technicians for machine / equipment troubleshooting & maintenance.
• Involved in sourcing, evaluating & managing machine spare parts.
• Work with vendors and / or reliability engineers for any machine buy-off / modification / repairs / maintenance.
• Drive reliability testing improvement projects (process, machine, cycle time improvement & cost saving).
• Review and update procedures or documentations relating to reliability machine & equipment maintenance.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree / Master in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 6 years of related working experiences.
• Knowledge / experience with reliability testing, heating, cooling & compressor system will be an added advantage.
