The Hershey Company seeks a Reliability Lead to drive maintenance excellence and asset reliability across production lines. You will lead reliability strategies, preventive/predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams.
You will develop and monitor PM programs, root cause analyses, and KPI dashboards to maximize equipment performance and uptime in a regulated, food-manufacturing environment.
Competenze
- 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles with leadership.
- Hands-on preventive and predictive maintenance and improvement programs.
- Experience using CMMS and SAP PM for planning and asset management.
- Strong root-cause analysis and condition monitoring knowledge.
- Experience developing maintenance strategies and shutdown plans.
Mansioni
- Lead reliability and maintenance strategies to improve equipment effectiveness and lifecycle performance.
- Drive deployment and continuous improvement of maintenance processes, standards, and reliability tools.
- Provide coaching and technical leadership to maintenance planners, supervisors, technicians, and operations teams.
- Own breakdown elimination efforts by analyzing maintenance history and implementing permanent corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor condition monitoring, predictive/preventive maintenance, and overhaul programs.
- Collaborate with Engineering to standardize equipment and optimize maintenance costs.
