Job summary
Hershey Company in Malaysia, Johor, is seeking an Engineer, Controls & Instrumentation to ensure reliability and optimization of manufacturing systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years in controls engineering, technical support, and project management in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for electrical, controls and instrumentation systems to improve equipment reliability.
- Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
- Develop URS and coordinate FAT/SAT, installation and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project objectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to support manufacturing innovation.
