Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies across the region
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all facilities and assets
  • Support and guide the team to implement FM Operations for new and existing sites
  • Manage and provide a 5-10 years capital asset plan including budgeting, planning, and execution
  • Collaborate with local facility managers to ensure consistent maintenance practices and standards
  • Analyze asset performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to facility management and safety
  • Lead and mentor a team of reliability engineers and technicians across the region
  • Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and project status to senior management
  • Continuously improve maintenance processes and implement best practices across the portfolio

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: The role involves analyzing asset performance data to identify improvements and cost savings, as well as preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: There's an emphasis on ongoing process improvement and implementation of best practices across the portfolio.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires regular travel throughout the East Asia region to visit and assess various facilities within the portfolio.

The candidate must be willing and able to travel on short notice, including for emergencies that may arise at any of the managed properties.
